The port of Saint-Florent is delighted to welcome the association « The Heart Rock »For an exceptional challenge!

The association, created in March 2013 by Bernard BOUCHER and Laurent BOUIN, both carabinieri of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, has the role of taking children out of hospital to help them forget their suffering and bring them moments of escapism and dreams.

Today two teams of 9 people (4 women and 5 men) will set off for their third « Challenge of the nuts«The rowers will be followed by two support boats (one for each boat) carrying volunteers, including two osteopaths, to provide them with supplies and support during this long ordeal.

The challenge is twofold: to row across the Mediterranean from St-Florent to Monaco using a traditional oar and Raise funds for the association "Le Rocher du Cœur". 

The departure will take place at 10 PM.
