This morning, the christening of the new semi-rigid lifeboat of SNSM Saint-Florent, the «Concarella» – SNS 7-006, a ZEPPELIN SR7 twin-engine with 2 x 115 HP, took place at the port of Saint-Florent.
The CONCARELLA serves as a backup to the CONCA D'ORU for refloating operations and missions requiring rapid intervention. 
The blessing was carried out by Father Benoit, parish priest of Saint-Florent, in the presence of Paul Costa, deputy mayor of Saint-Florent, Dan Muller, president of the SNSM station of Saint-Florent, Admiral Emmanuel De Oliveira, national president of the SNSM, Philippe Michaud, director of CROSS Corse, Denis Bigot, Inspector General in the Mediterranean, as well as the deputy Michel Castellani, who were among those present.
