You will find, on the attached harbour map and photographs, the exact locations of the 7 dog waste bag dispensers installed throughout the harbour.
1️⃣ In front of the footbridge leading to Aliso Beach and the West Pier,
2 On the West platform, Aliso side, accessible from the footbridge,
3 At the far end of the paid car park, in front of the SNSM offices and the maintenance area (recycling bins opposite the maintenance area offices),
4 Also behind the paid car park but on the road side, right next to it is a yellow recycling bin for packaging (ice cream tubs, for example!),
5 On the quays at the foot of the «T» zone just before the honour quay,
6 At the top of the «T» shaped pier next to the sorting containers,
7 At the bottom of the harbour, at car park level, next to the recycling bins.
These dispensers come with bins which, it should be noted, are exclusively for bags containing dog waste!
♻️There are recycling bins located near the vending machines for disposing of other types of waste:
- Yellow bin = all cardboard, metal, and plastic packaging.
- Green bin = glass bottles, jars, pots, and vials.
- Blue bin = paper, mail, newspapers, leaflets, catalogues.
Further to this, ashtrays have also been installed along the quays, at the harbour master's office and at the maintenance area office for 2 years!
